Strategy

When we work together, our ultimate goal is to manage your resources (time, energy, talent, and money) to get you more of what you want.  My clients usually want more clients, exposure, options, money, and free time.

What do you want more of?

Below are some of the strategies we’ll explore as we work together.  Many are interrelated. Contact me, and let’s talk about your strategy.  I can help.

Business Planning

Can you get anywhere without a goal and a defined way to reach it?  Maybe you started your business with a plan, but now you’re running on instinct.

One of the most important things I can do for you is to revisit your plan and help you get the next 6 or 12 months organized into calendared steps to meet your financial and PR goals.

  • Goal Setting
  • Time Management
  • Calendaring
  • Benchmarks

Branding

Your branding is the personality and image of your business.  You may already have this finessed, or we may do some exploration to define yours.  The results should include the words and images that define your vision, language, image, and logo.

Marketing

Any materials or sources that touch your clients and customers (even when you are not present) are your marketing materials.

This would include:

  • Advertising campaigns
  • Websites
  • Social Media
  • Books, brochures, business cards, letterhead, and notecards

PR (Public Relations)

What is the public perception of your business or work?  How many people know about you?  How do they describe you?  Do you stay in the public eye?  It’s possible to run a whole business just on good PR.  How is yours?

  • Traditional media
  • Social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In)
  • Blogging
  • Networking
  • Charity

Fast Cashflow Marketing & PR

Maybe it’s a sign of the times, but I meet a lot of clients who have very short-term goals, like “we need to bring in enough cash to make it to the end of the month/end of the year.”  We come up with creative (some might say “crazy”) brainstorms that can make short-term goals happen.

We focus in on existing resources (client lists, inventory, past closed business) and determine how to use what you already have to make it happen.
