To create your PERFECT WEEK, download this printable one-week calendar, here>> and print it TWICE. Try to do this exercise (both sheets) in less than 15 minutes. Work from your gut. Guestimations are okay.
On the first sheet, block out chunks of time as you would like to spend it in the ideal week. Use this order — be sure to give travel time cushion around appointments:
- Time for health
- Time for family
- Time for creating your product
- Time for working with clients
- Time for branding/prospecting
- Time for managing your business
- Time to socialize and do fun things
On the second sheet, block out chunks of time as you have already committed to spend it this week.
Are there discrepancies? Do you have 20-30 hours to work? Have you set aside time to care for your body and mind? What about family? Do they show up in meaningful activities?
If yes, great! If no, what do you need to change?
Every Monday (or Sunday) you should spend 15 minutes combining your real life commitments with your “must do to make my dreams come true” vision. At the bottom of the calendar, you’ll see “GOALS FOR WEEK.” Use that area to jot down 1-5 goals that will either finish a task/project and get it off your plate or push something important to you to the next stage.
